I really hardly ever use photo paint, it's always my vector program, Corel Draw.

I'm starting to utilize my photo paint more often, and noticed that if I place text using that program, I don't get my fonts options, no dropdown list of my fonts.

Anyone know why?

That's weird.
I just checked mine and I get the dropdown.
So, are you saying that you can initially get the dropdown, but once you create some text it goes away or are you importing the text ?

Thanks for the help, but no, there is no font drop menu at all in paint for me. I have the "text" tool that you click on in the left column, but no drop down is anywhere to be found to change fonts.

I am using paint X5. I have the drop down in the upper left of the tool bar area.

Cool, thanks Mike, you're right. Just never set it up I guess. You'd think it would come standard, in the set-up.

I actually looked there but didn't see it earlier. This time I just added almost all the tool bar options, lol. Then it appeared.

I know what you mean I still have my moments with Corel, but slowly learning it, glad you got it.
