I'm trying to find out what the font name is of a design a client provided me. Is there a way I can upload a jpg so you can see the font? Thanks!

Yes you can. Either upload the image to a picture sharing site such as imageshack or photobucket and then paste the image url here or you can upload the image directly on here with the attachment feature of the forum.
To use the attachment feature simply create a post in the advanced version of the post page and scroll down to see the attachment section.

What version of Corel are you using?
X4, X5 have "what the font" submission built in.
Under Text --> What the font?
It allows you to select text and the submit direct to What the font? as an image for identification.
If you are using an older version, just crop text in customer image and upload to what the font via the submission tool on the website.
