I found it on WhatTheFont! « MyFonts.
It's called friz quadrata. A special note here: when using what the font, try to make sure the font is in it's proper shape. In this case, "GRILL" is shortened (or wider) from what it looks like typed out. What the font didn't register it until I pulled it up until it looked normal. So, when you are using wtf (f as in font - you dirty mouths) see if skewing the text helps.
