can anyone tell me what font this is on the " COM "

i know it has a bit of filter on it but what is the basic font for that if anyone could help

Have you tried myfonts.com? You can go there, click on "what the font" and upload the image. They also have forums there where you can upload the image and members will help you. To use the forums however, you have to sign up for an account (which is free). Hope this helps.

Hi-
Also just enter "free fonts" in your search engine and see what comes up. Lots of good websites...if one doesn't have that font, another might.

It's possible it's custom designed, but most likely it's not.
