Can anyone help find the closest font to the attached?

I have tried WhatTheFont without much success. The closest fonts I have found are Bradley Hand ITC and Tempus Sans ITC. Close but no cigar.

It might be a hand-drawn font but I am looking for a close approximation.

I couldn't find a free version but thanks.

Franklin Gothic (and playing with the A and the i) works on the top word, while Nebraska Bold works on the bottom phrase.
