Font help with crappy sample pic

Hi everybody, a customer sent me a tiny very low-res pic for their "artwork." It's very fuzzy, so font ID software is out. I have the rest of it recreated, but I'm really hoping someone will recognize by sight the font at the bottom where it says "Basketball." It seems like I've run across this one before, but I can't remember if it was an actual font or if I just redrew the letters. Any help would be great!
