I am just getting statred doing one color screen printing jobs and would like to know if there is a foil that works WELL with waterbase inks?

Do you mean with the ink itself? Because as far as I know there isn't a foil that works directly with waterbased inks. But there is waterbased adhesive that would slot alongside easily in a shop set up to do waterbased inks.
