I am printing shirts for my daughters racing organization. Purple Gildan Heavy Cotton with Wilflex Amazing Bright White and Xenon Fluorescent Orange. The white I P/F/P/F, then P/C the orange. After I let the shirt cool down I can rub off the orange with my finger and fingernail like it flakes off. You can see it on the "G" on the word Guns. Flash temperature is at 210 and dryer at 325. Tried it on a Gildan DryBlend and same thing. I always use Wilfles or WM Plastics ink with no problems but they wasn't a fluorescent orange in those brands. Found the xenon on a Google search. BTW, the orange is very thin in the can. Thinking of trying another brand of orange. I attached a picture. The shirt looks black in the picture but it's purple.
