FlexiSIGN-PRO 8.1v1, has everything but my printer the Epson 1400. Would like to use the rip feature so I can try to learn how to do the contour cuts. Weeding Jet Pro Soft Stretch is getting old! Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. And thanks in advance.

Have you tried the 'Desktop Printer' ?

I thought you had to use the rip function to get your registration marks? And this software don't list my printer!

I use 'Desktop Printer' with my Stylus Pro 4000, Designjet111 and Designjet 755CM and it prints the crop marks. Should be no problem as long as your printer is properly installed and prints OK from other software.

Are registraton marks and crop marks for the same purpose?

Some would say you use the terms interchangeably. I say if it looks like a circle with two lines going through it, it's a registration mark. If there are only lines, it's a crop mark.

That is just it my 1400 does not like the program is there a way we could add it manually? I also included some pics.

Choose "Desktop Printer" from the add setup menu, then point it to any installed printer driver on your system. (Second line where it says: 'What is the model name of your color printer'

There is a video somewhere that shows how to add printers to Flexi-Sign......Maybe on Youtube....
