I'm looking for the same thing. I have some of my customers who want to have shirts that are VERY form fitting. Some of my customers are petite ladies. Others are not. But they want they want the shirt to be tight enough to feel like Saran Wrap on a sandwich! Now, given that my designs are either screen printed or DTG, which are the best brands who produce the shirts?
As a side question, but still within the subject matter, I'm looking for a women's fitted raglan baseball shirt. Royal blue and white. Short sleeve and when I mean fitted, I mean second skin. Any suggestions?
You need special ink that will stretch when the item is stretched (worn). Otherwise the ink will crack and peel. I would get more information about this in the screen printing section.
I have silk screened and used plastisol heat transfers on 68% bamboo/ 28% cotton/ 4% lycra shirts and both methods have lasted. The heat transfers contain extra glue & the screening was plastisol. I don't put my shirts in the dryer for very long so this will extend the life of the shirt and print.
