Just finished up this jersey. I think it came out great for the first one. This one has a reinforced collar, zipper, curved bottom hem and triple cover stitching. Got a few more to do this week.

That looks awesome and yiu should be very proud. Did you sublimate this and if so was it a single design that you pressed?

Looks great where did you find the blank shirts at I have a customer who want me to print some shirt for him.
They are not blanks. They are cut and sew.
Another jersey. This one has the thumbholes and 6" zippered collar as well.

I hope you got permission from the companies to use their logos. You do know those companies logo's are trade marked? I had customers approach me about doing fishing shirts, and when I did research, I found they sell shirts themselves and do not take kindly to people using their logos. I'd be careful, especially about posting pictures of it. You are giving them evidence.

Thanks, I appreciate the advice.
Raise your hand if you knew the trademark issue was going to come up. It comes up on almost every post. There's no way any of those companies will every say a thing about using their logos. I own a fishing lure company and I have to PAY (either with money or merchandise) for the fisherman to advertise my products on their shirts.

Those are great looking shirts. You probably have mentioned this before, but what printer and what size press do you use?

It's not a big deal and I pretty much expected it. Everyone loves to play Copyright Police not just on here, but other forums as well. I do have permission from these companies to use their logos and of the couple brands that I do not, my customers email the company in question and ask for permission.

I understand why companies are leery about reproduction. They want to make sure that their logo is presented in a positive fashion and that is is reproduced accurately and razor sharp. 99% of the companies on those shirts personally sent me the vectors to be used. The others had to be recreated.

As far as the equipment I use, I have (2) 44" Epsons and a custom fabricated GeoKnight 48" x 48" air Maxipress.
