Hi,

We're scheduled to do our first tournament next month. I'm unsure how many items to purchase ahead of time. If you have approx. 1200 kids coming to the tournament, how do you figure out how many items to bring? Any advice would be appreciated!!

Are you selling shirts? If so I would count on no more than 30% will buy a shirt. I would rather run out of shirts thann have tons of leftovers

Thanks! That gives me some numbers to go by. We're selling t-shirts, hoodies and maybe sweatpants. Just trying to figure out how much to buy since if it rains it's cancelled.
