There is a Mighty Press at my school



I decided to make a t shirt. Used some transfer paper with the press for 15 seconds @ 350 degrees

Ended up with (yes i know its dumb)



As you can see, it has that stupid glossy layer.

I'm assuming this shirt below was probably made in a similar way. How do you get rid of that glossy layer?

Also, for the first time washing it, should i do a cold rinse? Aware me on t shirt printing!

And for sublimation you have to have sublimation ink and paper. If you use JPSS paper you can repress the image with parchment paper on top of it to give it more of a matte finish than the glossy one too. Also, that gloss comes off in the washer after time. Not sure if it comes off right away or not, but eventually it stops shining.
