Got my first order...need to order ink. 300 shirts, single color on back, 2 color on front. Design is not overly heavy on coverage, perhaps 40-50 percent. How much ink do I need. I know I'm asking a question that can't be accurately answered without seeing the design, but gimme a guess? Will a pint do 300 average coverage shirts?

Depends on design, color and surface area, in short probably not.
I used a whole pint of yellow on 100 shirts with only a back print that was maybe 30% total print area but I had to print flash print since I didn't underbase

I agree. Don't get less than a quart. But a quart goes a long way, so I think you'll be fine with that.
