I finally was able to set up the dye sub part of my shop, I followed some of the instructions I have read here and what I watched on You Tube. Here they are. What are your thoughts? I am impressed with the quality...

That's a valid point and I am so new, I am not sure what good vs poor quality would look like. I got them to line up nice and the entire image is on the cup. Shiny and clear. I don't know after a few I am still learning.

After 2 washes, they still look like I just made them. How many washes can I get out of them do you think?

I don't think there will be a particular number of washes. They should hold up for the long term just fine.

They should last a lifetime. I made my mother and mother-in-law mugs about 4 years ago and they look the same as day 1.

My mother handwashes hers because she doesn't have a dishwasher and my mother-in-law uses a dishwasher. I also use cobra inks in one of my printers.

They look great! Keep it up!

You will have to destroy those cups and the print still wo'nt fade.
I also do mugs and made some mistakes. I have to keep those as samples. use Epson 7110, cobra inks and profile with paper from coastal and cobra.
