You should be able to get this directly from the dealer that sold you the GT-3 printer or from Brother directly.

mine is the same as when delivered in 2012, what are the advantages of upgrading it ? my 341 works so well and im a great believer in if it aint broke ...

The only things that I am aware of is Brother the networking feature (hardware already existed) and they added a Agitate White feature - which would not apply to your GT-341 setup. There are probably other little things they did, but nothing that jumps out at me. There could be an issue if you are using an old firmware with the latest driver (i.e. which might or might not have the 16" x 18" platen size depending on which one you have installed).

I was told the new firmware is not to be installed yet as it has bugs, we want to use a 16x18 platen but was told by my Brother dealer just today we'd have to wait.
