I've been using the FBX100 and Gen 2 formulas from Firebird Inks for about 5 months now with great results. We do mostly performance poly and CVC, triblend and rayon printing. Nick and company are great to work with and answer all of your questions. I highly recommend them. I'm trying to figure out how to post pictures to upload a few sample images. We've even printed on 100% nylon with zero ink washout. Good stuff.

There's actually no difference between FIREBIRD Gen2 (old name which is no longer used), FBX Brother Optimized (current brand name) or FBX F2000 Optimized (also a current brand name)

If you're not using a Brother or F2000, you probably don't need to worry about these pretreats. Some people will pick it up for some weird specific jobs, and you can PM me for more info.
