Fine Gauge Beanie

I am looking for a 100% cotton fine gauge (knit) beanie for an adult similar (of course) to the Affliction style: Ornate Beanie Blk-Affliction Clothing

I have searched high and low and only found the EcoConcious thin rib, but the ribbing is still a bit wider than I would like. (I cannot post my comparison picture of the beanie I own vs my sample).

Does anyone have an off the wall supplier they recommend? We do want to screen print on these, so no acrylic or blends, please.
