Hi,
Recently created a Photoshop painted art piece for a client. He is sending it to a printer for t-shirts, but now is asking if I could give him some Pantone color numbers for the colors I used in this photoshop design. Is there an easy way to find Pantone matches for artwork done in Photoshop? Thanks for any help (I am mostly a vector guy myself, but am trying to branch out).

Click on the foreground colour box. Now choose Colour Libraries in the pop up box. In the box at the top choose Pantone Solid Coated. Now every time you select a colour on your design with the colour dropper it should indicate to you the Pantone number of that colour. click around them all and write them down. I think you have to be aware though that what you see on your screen is not necessarily what has actually printed out. It might be better to match from a Pantone book to the hard copy of what he's looking at. I hope that is of some use to you.
