I like the site, looks professional, easy to navigate, I like the designs.
If I buy something and want to return it, I don't see a policy where explains how I have to do it.
I think it is important to reassure to your potential customer that if they buy something, and they get wrong size, color, or they change their mind, they can simply return it.

Quick input here..

Using frames/scrollbar inside the website is bad. Hard to navigate and confusing.

Some of the font on the navigation and the slogan is really blurry.

Having to click a drop down to select categories is not obvious enough and kinda slow.

Not being able to enlarge pictures for individual products is not good.


Thats all I noticed right off that could be better. I could say good stuff but I figure it would be a lot more useful to know what could cause problems.

the top bar was confusing.. it LOOKED like i can click on something, because there was the note on the cursor, but i tried to click and nothing happened..

I clicked on womens and waited, and waiting.. and nothing.. THEN I realized i had to also click the GO button.. usually drop downs dont have a GO button

I like that your pictures of the models wearing your shirts with all different and actually photographic and not just product images.. but having a close up of the front and back is also a good idea..

I LOVE that you use american apparel shirts. I always look for people who print on those shirts.
