Do you have a dongle for FilmMaker v4? With two license files "ProductP.ini and ProductP.lcf" in your USB dongle.

To install Filmmaker v4 you must be have: ProductP.ini and ProductP.lcf

This file needed to install your software: ProductP.ini

and

This file needed to start iinstalled Filmmaker v4 to run: ProductP.lcf

If you send me your ProductP.lcf file at: [email protected], i can help you to find ProductP.ini

I have to say Cadlink is sending me the files I need, it actually sounds like I may have caused my issue. I renamed my dongle key to not get them confused with other dongles I have for other software. Looks like by doing that I messed up a file.

The serialnumber of Your USB DONGLE includ in your license files and you can.t use your dongle withe difrend license files.

Once the problem is solved, you can finally install your software?.

You can’t rename dongle as it is part of a path specified in the 2 files that filmmaker uses. Rename it back. Then set pc to show hidden files or folders. Locate the .ini and .lfc files put in filmmaker folder and you should be set. When I purchased they emailed, sent a CD all containing all the ini and lcf files.
