Hi, I thinking about buying Dtg up to Ł5000 ,I have few Q.

1. Some one says about pressure on white with using normal cheap ciss (the head can damage after few weeks ) ?

2. I know I will have to replaces old parts after using for few months 6-12 ,how expensive are the parts and easy to get them ?

3. Some one says DTG printer is not for me if I going to use only 30 tshirts a week (more-less)

4. What if I take all orders for about 20-30 t-shirts from all week and I print them in 1-2 days and after use I'll clean up the printer parts and use again in next few days if get some more orders, Is that cost-effective (ink, etc) ?

5. Im more thinking to do black tshirts ( do I need use spray gun for backgroond before print colour designe) ?

6. If Im not printing 200 tshirts a week like others (shops etc) ,the printer parts going to work longer or is usually live time 6-12 ?

Im thinking to buy new or refub up to 4-5000 GBP but i dont now if any really good exist for that price.

What you think about this one below

If you are from UK, the only relaible printer for your budget will be R-jet 3 from resolute ( I think about 6000 pounds).

Ink supply system is very important and cheap printers like you posted don't have propper one, only cheap and crappy ciss.

you can flush your printer of white ink and fill the system one a week for production runs, but it does waste some ink.

Those R2000 have stock 17 carts ml carts so you will have to refill them every 3 - 5 shirts. That expose white ink to air very often and will cause you a lot of problems. This kind of carts may be ok for CMYK (but far, far from ideal) but for white it will be nightmare.

hmm,so printing on shirts using much more ink than normal printing (transfer paper) ok thanks
For how many shirts 75%filling by ink ,I can use(1L cmyk - each colour about 120-150pounds)
