So.....any feedback on a work in progress?
This is just missing the phrase "Common Is Not My Style" in the banners. There will also be no printing on the sleeves and shoulders. Be honest (in a nice kinda way)
In my opinion it looks like plenty of other shirts of that style. The first thing I thought was, oh it's another obscure band i haven't heard of. But if you can create a brand then I'm sure there are people who will buy it
Layout wise I think it is pretty good. I'm not really diggin the "A's" and stars on the sleeves and shoulders. I assume that the missing text will go on the banner as that seems empty.
Robert, I wholeheartedly agree on the sleeves and shoulders. There will be no impression there. You are also right about the text, in the banners. BTW I am a Bride fan so I've seen your work for a while. Great work!
Well I certainly appreciate everyone's input. The design has gotten some good response locally and you're right, Todd, it is definitely in 'that' style genre... (Even though I was hoping it would look a bit different.) We'll see if it flies! Thank you all for the replies
