That issue with crystals forming is caused when the water in pretreat can't escape the press.
If you're using a teflon sheet, switch to silicone for drying pretreat. You can also turn the heat and pressure down (325 degrees and the lowest pressure setting you can). Most people actually spray more FBX-100 than they really need. Less is more so try dropping to as little as you can without affecting the print quality.
This video is also the guaranteed fix for crystallization https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TUNgSgWnFsU If your press doesn't allow for hovering, try pressing the shirt in intervals, like two presses of 15 seconds each. This lets the moisture escape before the crystals form.
