Faulty t-shirt / sweatshirt %

I feel like i've entered into something i am going to regret, i've recently started printing / stocking sweatshirts, i went for the Bella & Canvas unisex sponge sweatshirt; I've sold a few in my first week and already have had contact from 2 of my customers to say they are faulty (both have holes along arm seam).

Is this just bad luck or is this something that happens a lot?
I thought Bella & Canvas was a good make, they are the more expensive blank sweatshirts so thought they would be better than this.

I've manufactured my own brand of womens T-Shirt for around 8 years now and per thousand shirts i would say the fault rate would be around say 5 shirts (maybe less) so really quite low, i'm gutted about the Bella ones.

I now how to try and get a refund from my supplier and as i've printed on it not too sure how this will work out.

Any feedback on your experiences would be great

Did you find any others when you checked your inventory?

Could be the luck of the draw.

Bella has their own sub-forum here. I would post there and ask if they are having issues with defective returns on this item. Title it "Defective Bella Sweatshirts". That will get their attention.
