fastrip t-jet 9.0 error

hello i keep getting error fastrip t-jet 9.0 runtime error this application has requested the runtime to terminate

We bought the desktop and printer but thet didnt supply software and now we cant get ahold of them we need fastartist 1.5.1
IF ANYONE CAN PLEASE HELP US PLEASE MY EMAIL IS
