Dow Corning have a silicone ink that they say is fast curing. The curing temperature and time depends on the fabrics used. The say that 302F for 1 min or lower temperature for longer if it's a sensitive fabric.

I would say flash curing would not work for silicone inks. If you do not get the curing time right then the can feel sticky. You need to cure them down a conveyor dyer and not just a flash. Sometimes they do need multiple trips through the dryer to get them cured properly. I am sure Dow Corning can give you more detailed advice.
