Fast Artist issues

I had to download the Fast artist software again to my computer. After I install the software, I m seeing that When I try to import the PSD file to the Fast Artist I only see either BLACK or White BOX 2 lines cross on top. I can not figure it out why it happens?

Does any one know why Is it happening. Please Advice.
