Fair market value for equipment

We are the owners of an M & R Sportsman ( moadel SPRP16X18-08-06 from year 2000 8 Head press with a M & R Habenero Flash DryerModel CHABANE18182016A as well as an MSP3140-1 Exposure Unit and are trying to figure out fair market vlue for such items in an impending merger..any help would be greatly appreciated.
