Hello,

I am having trouble with one file in particular. I keep getting two error messages.

The first one is "Failure splitting image into swaths: No split for current layer 2."
and "Wrong data was feeded into the machine. Current layer 2 is empty."

I am using TIFF files that have been KDNA'd. The art is just white going on a black t-shirt. I have not had this problem before.

Has anyone gotten either of these errors before?

Which machine do you use?
