failed print

hello first of all id like to thank you for allowing onto your forum
now I have my picture printed on to sublimation paper with dye my heat press is at 200c timer is at 60secs and when I lift plate off nothing has happened the pic is still on paper and there's nothing on the t-shirt can anyone help me please

Is your tshirt polyester?
Because sublimation is done only on polyster

thanks for that the shirts are 100% cotton supposed to be printable bought them off eBay wont do that again so I need polyester thanks I'm new at this so I'm learning all the time

And must be WHITE polyester for best results.

Then most likely the ink set you have is NOT sublimation ink.

Many people buy dye ink thinking it is dye sublimation ink.
For these printers there are 3 ink sets typically...
Dye ink
Pigment ink
Dye Sublimation ink

You may want to look into that.

White or light colored 100% polyester shirts are preferred.

The ink on that printer IS NOT Sublimation ink, is just a regular dye ink, sorry for the bad news

The text in red is your issue. Get sublimation ink...not dye ink.
What you have is ink for general purpose printing. Dye ink and dye sublimation ink are not the same thing.
Someone from your part of the world will be able to offer a suggestion as to a reputable ink supplier for sublimation.

thanks a lot for the info olga1 its not bad news its actually great news as this means its not something I'm doing wrong its all good input as I'm new to all of this and still just finding my way so yeah thanks a lot everyone ill get my ink changed now sorry to be a pain but Ill have to replace the cartridges aswel I think is that right??

Yeah you'll have to, just get empty refillable cartridges for your printer and fill them with dye sublimation ink. I assume you are in the UK, you can easily find some Inktec Sublinova Smart ink, which is way cheaper than Sawgrass ink.
