Video whenever possible... a moving image is more eye-catching.

Anyone notice different results of using photos vs videos for Facebook ads?

Well for t-shirts I think photos will be a good idea than video as there are a huge amount of people who don't play video rather they will have direct look over photos and if found interesting they will look it more.
