Why did they make 2 of each CMYK on the standard? I see no point in that... and thank you for helping making my choiceWhite edition has CMYK and 4 channels of white, whereas the standard edition has 2 each of CMYK with no white. Most customers will and are choosing the white version.
It's much faster when printing dual colors, but if course, the trade off is no white ink.Why did they make 2 of each CMYK on the standard? I see no point in that... and thank you for helping making my choiceI need the white

Thanks for ur answer and sorry for my stupid question (just needed to think a bit deeper on that one lol)It's much faster when printing dual colors, but if course, the trade off is no white ink.
Unfortunately I wouldn't know but I would assume it would be the same globally. Thanks for ur answer and sorry for my stupid question (just needed to think a bit deeper on that one lol)
any idea hows the support of Epson in Belgium?
Unfortunately I wouldn't know but I would assume it would be the same globally.![]()
Thank again for answering my questionIt's because with a water based ink, you need larger volumes of ink to get a solid print. With white ink, to get the opacity you need, more nozzles are always better. On the F2000, there are 1,440 white ink nozzles so it can really lay the white ink down. Also being a lower viscosity of ink, more ink is needed to get the desired result. So in one sense, yes it does help speed, but it's not the only reason.
It is 16.995 € in FranceI've just checked the price here in Belgium it's 20.500€
Sorry the € 20500 is the price in Nederland (look like their gave me the wrong info about that...) i've just reached and contacted a sales representer from Epson Belgium that gave me their only resaler in whole Belgium.. to bad for me their closed early on FridayIt is 16.995 € in France
and ink price 280 euros per liters !
I don"t understand what motivated you to get this printer.
Thats what i'm going to find out monday about their prices and more detailed resaler info.Cymk only choice is belong ALL DTG. It means do not need to be Epson only is my honest opinion. Brother 541 used will do excellent job also.
Consider all points. ink price(not Brother), service, maintenance, warranty, speed, quality out put etc.
But $$$$$ is in Dark and All Colored shirts.
EPSON's strongest point is Less Maintenace on White ink. Perfect to who worry about Clogging and maintenances. And who does not have enough job to run at start.
Cheers! Inks are on me always.
I'm not against Epson but I think you should reaserch more about DTG, because most of the problems you've mentioned with modified DTG are long ago resolved by the industry, also the printing size is as any 4880/3880 based modified printer.Thats what i'm going to find out monday about their prices and more detailed resaler info.
I need white what not all DTG havewhite = loads of problems but when you look the Epson F2000 WH, maintenace systeme and white circulation system... looks just amazing vs a lot other DTG white printers
Wich one would you suggest? if my main concern is to have a Printing size area of 400mm x 500mm? white color needed, high quality on light/dark colored shirts and good support? + ink pricesI'm not against Epson but I think you should reaserch more about DTG, because most of the problems you've mentioned with modified DTG are long ago resolved by the industry, also the printing size is as any 4880/3880 based modified printer.
In all my research there are only 2 DTG printers that respect my "main request of the printing" : Epson F2000WH and Neoflex... i've made a big research on the Neoflex and atm it looks like Epson sold me to Neoflex on a few points... Epson got some to proov on me vs the NeoflexIn Europe - Texjet, neoflex, DTG VIPER 2, R-Jet 5, Rainbow printer, Azon, a lot to chooose from.
