Hello everyone,

I have been reading this forum for a while.

We have been using the F2000 for 1 & half year and the head cleaning set's life would usually be around 1-3 months depending on the number of jobs.

Recently, for the past few days, the printer's wiper unit is acting abnormal and over the past few days, I have changed the wiper unit for 3 times already.

I had no option but to change it as the printer was locked out when the wiper unit was at the end of its life.

Has anyone experienced such situation?

I have already contacted epson and they are going to send someone to check.

Update:

Epson came,
replaced the wiper assembly below the wiper kit.

All abnormal sounds from the gears are now gone (as the old one is replaced).
Everything is now back to normal.
