I just purchased a Veloci-Jet printer from Equipment Zone. I won't get into all the issues I've had dealing with all the delays and getting the printer shipped to me. I'll jump to the chase of my issue.

I finally received my printer and all (most) of everything that is required. The most important piece was not included. The dongle to allow me to use the EZ Rip software is no where to be found. (if you are not familiar, you cannot open this software without it, and that is the software that communicates with the printer)
I went through all the packaging 3-4 times, and it is not here. Of course it is a holiday weekend, so no one at Equipment zone is available for help.

Does anyone know of a "work-around" to this problem? I am looking for a temporary solution until I get my actually piece, which wont be until next week now.

Any help would be appreciated. PM me if it's something that we should discuss offline.

I have EZ rip too. It is a great product. Unfortunately there is no way (that I know of) around using it with out the dongle. I'm afraid you'll have to wait. In the mean time, do not load your ink into the machine yet.
