Windows 8 I tried running in compatibility mode for 7, vista, and xp service pack2. I think it might be the usb port in back. I took the back off and theres a usb hub in there that the port plugs into. you can see the lights come up when its communicating and i had to jiggle the cord a bit till the lights came on and then taped the cord in place and it seems to work but i printed half a shirt and it stopped. Program froze again. I was thinking about ordering a new port for it or bypassing the port and getting a male to female usb.
the print is also showing up as a epson like 1800 or 1900 maybe idk if thats correct
