What is your Windows?We have an old VelocijetXL as a back up. I've never gotten it work well. No i can't get ez rip to communicate with it all everytime I try to open printer properties the app freezes and i have to force quite. I'm assuming im setting it up wrong maybe? I can only find instructions for setting up Ezrip v3 which we have v2 so maybe thats the issue im swinging in the dark abit.
Any help would be appreciated

Windows 8 I tried running in compatibility mode for 7, vista, and xp service pack2. I think it might be the usb port in back. I took the back off and theres a usb hub in there that the port plugs into. you can see the lights come up when its communicating and i had to jiggle the cord a bit till the lights came on and then taped the cord in place and it seems to work but i printed half a shirt and it stopped. Program froze again. I was thinking about ordering a new port for it or bypassing the port and getting a male to female usb.What is your Windows?
the print is also showing up as a epson like 1800 or 1900 maybe idk if thats correct

I was referring to the printers usb hub inside of it I think its dropping the connection to the computerIf you can run ezrip, dongle is %100 Oke.

Hey! I have a VELOCI-JET that I'm trying to setup & I can't get EZ RIP installed on my windows, I have EZ ARTIST installed and everything using the USB DONGLE but I can't seem to find EZRIP anywhere or how to get it installed.
