Hi Guys,

I need to replace a cartridge on my EZ Pro Bulk Ink system (DTG Kiosk) and after finding some refillable cartridges and going to fit it I realised Equipment Zone have glued the adapter that connects the ink line to the cartridge in place so I need to get some more for the replacement cartridges.

I've read around the forums and found that it's probably some kind of male to male barbed luer adapter? Does anyone know the exact ones used so I can do a more accurate search for them and purchase the right ones. I'm sure they're cheap and I can buy a load of them for spares but I don't know the size or type because they are glued in I can't remove them to take to a hardware store.

I've got one that I think is similar from my old ink lines and I've attached a picture so you can see what I mean and where it will go on the new cartridge. If someone can tell me exactly what to search or link me to somewhere I can buy them in the UK (or eBay/amazon?) I would be really grateful.

I've emailed Harry from Equipment Zone who has been really helpful in the past but had no reply, I can understand why though as he has nothing to gain from me buying the parts elsewhere but they don't seem to be available on the website.

Sorry, don't recall seeing an email about this. We have plenty of replacement cartridge sets in stock for our EZ PRO Bulk Ink Systems. Just contact our office to place an order.

Thanks Harry, is there an email I can order a bag of the little connecters on from you? I'm in the UK so phoning the states will cost more than the connectors!

I have plenty of cartridges I just need some connectors to attach the tubing.

If you could sell me the connectors or link me to somewhere I can get them here I'd be really grateful as it's only one cartridge that's gone and I didn't get a spare with my bulk ink system.

Problem solved, thank you so much Harry. Absolutely loving the bulk ink system, printer has been running like a dream since I got it. Need to get the white lines on bags next, can't wait for that to be available in the UK.
