How much for how long?
1. Optimal care $4,500: Basically offers 35% discount on parts (limited to 4 print heads) and labor, along with preventative maintenance kit.

2. Premium Care $10,500 (clearly the better option): Includes all parts, onsite labor ($800/day value), up to 4 PHs ($12,000 value) and installation of yearly maintenance kit (~$3,355 value; preventative maintenance kit $1,755+ onsite labor $800/day).

Does it also include travel costs of the tech?

Do both include the yearly maintenance kits parts?

What is your current parts discount? I've heard customers with multiple machines get a standard parts discount of 10%, which means you really save 25%.

so we received a quote for our breeze machines too. same prices, just in euro ;(
it seems travel costs are not included.

does any1 have a pricelist for all parts of the breeze?

we run two breeze machines currently with one that will go out of warranty in 12 weeks. would you purchase an extended warranty or would you start fixing things yourself? is the extended warranty just for one machine or both?

We didn't do the extended warranty. I find everything is pretty simple to fix on the machine yourself. And if you don't know something you can call up Kornit and they will walk you through it. You just get whacked on the price of parts

Extended warranty seems pricey - as a small start-up we don't have $10.5k in disposable capital or even the $4.5k to purchase either. Seems that Kornit, when coming up with this price structure, was not necessarily considering us smaller / new guys. Seems like the upgraded parts like pre-treat apparatus and new de-coder strip are issues that should have been addressed along time ago and not to have been paid for by the end-user.
