express men-style tees

I'm interested in making shirts that emulate the Express Men company's t-shirts. They're prints are indistinguishable from the fabric itself; they are soft as opposed to rubbery like some screen prints, which I really like. Does anyone know how I could achieve this style? Also, how would I get the same kinds of shirts that they use to print on?

I haven't seen the shirts you're talking about, but that type of feel could be discharge screen printing, water based screen printing or direct to garment printing.

Most likely the company gets the garments custom made by overseas factories (china, india, mexico, honduras, etc) and the garments may not be readily available for wholesale purchase.

You could try tracking down the manufacturer by looking at the RN number in the label and finding the company name, although that may or may not lead to a correct source (it might just lead you to the Express company).
I was thinking about taking a picture of one of the shirts, but I'm not sure if the camera would be able to capture the texture well. But if nothing else, you've given me more of a lead than I had before :) Thanks for the reply.
