im pretty new to screen printing but i have not had aqny major issues until recently. it seems that 90% of my screens will expose and washout ok so i let them try and go to print then i find a clear/cloudiness blocking parts of my image. i can blast them out with a pressure washer bit that is hard ofr detail and takes a while. i thought it was my emulsion so i got a new bucket but it is still happening. any advice?
thanks in advance

This is due to underexposure and not rinsing thoroughly. When emulsion is underexposed, a scummy film will rinse from the squeegee side of the screen. If you don't get it all off, it can result in the cloudy looking blockage you described.

If your screen on the inside feels slippery when you wet it, you should increase your exposure time. And when you rinse, rinse on both sides and make sure all the scum rinses off (You can see it wash away while you spray.)
