I have a Photosharp 2536-1 with Olec Intergrator that has given me many years of good service. Suddenly the exposure times need to be drastically lengthened.

I have not changed anything as far as emulations or screen prep.

Screens that used to be exposed properly at 106 seconds now take 947 seconds.

Any ideas?

Wow, that's pretty drastic. Even though you mentioned it has an integrator, I agree with Brad - I'd start with a new bulb, on the chance that the integrator is measuring enough of a UV spectrum that your emulsion is insensitive to, to generate a "false" reading so to speak.

Has anything changed with relation to the humidity level where the screens are stored? Dampness can dramatically lengthen exposure times - although I'm not sure it could make that big a difference.

Thank you for the replies. I was suspicious of the bulb due to its age. I have been using this machine for ten years without problem through seasonal humidity changes without any noticeable differences. I'll order a bulb today.
