The exposure area on my exposure unit is 25" X 36", I want to burn some oversized frames on it (roughly 48" X 42" frames). I was wondering it is possible to expose one half of the screen then expose the other half? Has anyone had any good results with this? Thanks in advance.

i dont think what you are attempting will work. if you are in the chicagoland area send me a message and we will help you out, our new vacuum frame is 8' x 6'

It's going to give an under-exposed or over exposed area. If it's block colours you might get away with it, could you not just move the light source back?

Most printers that expose large screens either have a huge self enclosed exposure unit or use a vacuum frame with a freestanding light. We have used the sun in the past with mixed results (mostly bad).

Thanks for all the advice, I'll try exposing it by halves first, if it doesn't come out well I'll try exposing it in the sun. The image is simple solid lines with no half tones so hopefully I can get it to work right. Thanks
