i don't know them, but looking at their website, i see a couple of red flags. they have a 'team' of digitizers, which means the quality could be different between designs depending on the digitizer you get.
also, be careful of digitizers that need perfect artwork. that usually means they're using some sort of automated digitizing.
they also offer digitizing and vector. in my experience, most US digitizers usually offer one or the other. digitizing AND vector usually means that they're either overseas, or farming out their designs overseas.
they may be awesome, i don't know. just a couple things to watch out for.
