Hi this is my first post so I appoligize in advance for any mistakes. Whats happening is when I output to contour cut, the laser turns on, reads the first and second set of jog marks, then reads the vertical leg of the third, goes back and fourth 10 times on the horizontal leg of the third jog mark and goes back to origin and on/offline light goes off.

anyone? could someone tell me if its a hardware or software problem?

Is it perhaps running out of room on the paper to read the crop mark?

no, it passes right over it but its as though it cant see it
