Has anyone ever used one? I am looking more for manual operation. I am just curious if it would work exactly like making a double stroke.

That is what I am thinking. Thought about just taking two older squeegees and screwing them together to test it.

Has anyone actually tried it? How easy or difficult is it to perfectly level the 2 squeegee blade against the mesh? Seems difficult to clean unless you have some quick detached screws.

We are looking at the Action Engineering Double Blade Squeegee for our automatic, has anyone ever used one or know how well they work?

Thanks DonR, what is the problem with it.

There is no flood between the two blades in a double squeegee . So, if you correctly clear the screen with a standard squeegee, the double has no effect other than to keep the screen from lifting back up from the garment. A roller after the first down white gives us a much better result.
