Hi all, I have a rebuilt 1390 A3 printer. I got an error light paper and ink flashing alternatively. So I cleaned out ink pad tank and downloaded the adjprog software to reset the ink counter using windows 10. I get all the way to the check ink count area and click check, I get an error code 20000011 or 20000010. I’ve tried a few suggestions I found online already but still no luck. Any suggestions would be appropriated. Thank you.
