We've had our machine for over a month now. We've sold some shirts but while working out some kinks on the business end our machine (kiosk 2) has been sitting up. Of course we've been diligent on manual head cleans and nozzle checks every 2 days.
Now we have a big job and we are ready to print and RIPpro is not working! The Error says "PowerRip Application has Stopped Working". Has anyone seen this error and if so what can i do to get it back working...
