Today it is saying NO MNT TNK- i know what it means and the only solution the DTG companies website says is to simply move the maintenance tank out of the carriage and put it back in. THIS IS NOT WORKING-can some PLEASE help me. i am getting more and more upset and sick of this daily. ANY HELP IS GREATLY APPRECIATED!

I have the DTG Summit, it's new :/ the company we got it from said we were the second people at the time that had one so trouble shooting on the internet is nearly impossible! I got it to go away, ha not proud of how I solved the problem but finally figured it out :)

Hello, I suppose we were the first to have this particular machine. We just got this error (which lead me to googling it and finding this thread). I have refilled the inks Popped all of the containers out and back in (unlock and lock). Powered it off and back on and still have this error. Can you tell me how you got this to go off? Wouldn't be that big of a deal to wait for tech to wake up out there, but we're in the middle of our largest run ever and ... yeah.

Thank you!!

Okay, so I just got off of the phone with tech support. I wanted to post this should anyone else find this in google when searching out this error... Behind the machine under the dummy cartridges there is a gray box. Push in slightly. Mine was popped out a little. As soon as I heard it click into place the error went away and it went through it's normal process of coming back online. Error is gone.

Yes, that is correct. It is officially called the "Summit." Tech support seems to be rather handy, especially in getting off of the ground with this machine. Feels like we have been through every possible error and issue (both machine and human induced) in the time we have had this machine, but we're hoping we will soon have all of the kinks worked out and understand how to deal with them when they do arise. The support team, especially Juan, know their stuff.

This is a new machine that Mesa is distributing. It has no commonality with the DTG machines of old far as I can tell. Better call Mesa, you have an extended warranty, right?

hope you figure it out fast! :)

We didn't need Juan for this one. This was a simple bump of the maint. box in the back (under the dummy cartridges). I believe our Summit is based off of the Viper.

Yeah, Juan's the man. We had him out a year ago to repair our HM-1. We learned so much, we have never needed them again. But juan can't help you with this error? What printer is your unit based upon?

Hey, that's good! But what you need to know fo the future is what PRINTER it's based on. That way, you have a lower cost answer for replacement parts. For instance, my kiosk is built using parts from an epson 2200.

Find out, or keep paying full boat once your warranty expires...
