I installed a new printhead on my HM1-c and everything was going good. After several ink charges to get the ink in the lines, I now have four red lights in the machine blinking and the ink light on top. Any suggestions? I have reset the waste ink pad counter and cleaned the encoder strip my machine is around 6 months old. Could it possibly be the color ships?

Where is everyone. Don't know the HM but, after several ink charges u could expect low ink levels. I thought the HM handled ink reset with a board but. Try ur ink low reset procedures. Prob did that already. Try turning off machine and unplug it let sit for 10-30 min. Also disconnect the USB cable. Then put back. Just a thought.

Oh forgot. Cleaning the chip contacts on the chips or the prongs. Reseating may also help.
