Error code 0001001D

Getting this code intermediately. Looked it up and it says "Carriage Servo parameter error"

Most prints are fine but from time to time I am getting a double image print. Attached a picture of what it looks like

Can anyone shed light on this issue? Thanks

Usually if I get that error code it was because the carriage sensor was misaligned. If you move the print carriage away from the capping station you will see a small sensor near the belt gear - look near the encoder strip. Verify that it is "snapped" into the machine completely and see if that fixes your issue.

I checked that piece. Looks secure. I have not cleaned the strip in a while. It's real dirty. Let's hope that's it! Thanks

That's probably a good idea! I bet it will eliminate most if not all of your problem. Let's us know what happens.
